In the early 2000s my mom found this recipe in the internet and it became one of my family’s favorite. Easy and full of flavors, it combines delicious ingredients and has a surprise effect: the rice is actually pasta!

Welcome drink – Negroni
Starter – Crudités and cheese buns (pão de queijo) w/ chilli jam 
Main – Risotto with risoni and garlic butter sauteed shrimp 
Dessert – Condensed milk flan
