STUFFED
CABBAGE ROLLS
[check the recipe here]
Stuffed cabbage rolls are prepared in many countries using different ingredients and cooking methods. This recipe is the Lebanese version of it by my grandmother. In Arabic it’s called “Malfouf” which has a dual meaning of “cabbage” as well as “rolled.” This food reminds me of Sunday meals and children observing and waiting to eat this amazing and quite labor-intensive dish.

Starter – Fattoush salad
